This little book answers just about all the questions you have concerning golf rules. Its great asset is that it is easy to understand and you don’t have to bring a lawyer with you to be an interpreter.

The player need not buy the official USGA Rule Book. If you can’t locate the rule with the index tab of this book (that corresponds with the position of your ball where the ruling is needed), you ain’t gonna locate the rule in the Official USGA Rule Book. With this spiral 6″ X 4″ handbook, you will have the rule for the situation and an illustration how to proceed. This couldn’t be any easier to use.
